- Optional: Police clearance certificate, training videos.
b. For Employers:
- Full name or business name, contact info, location, type of residence.
- Job preferences (e.g., live-in/out, tasks, children, language, salary).
- Verification: ID upload, proof of address (optional), business registration info.
c. For Business Users:
- Business registration number, KRA PIN, type, industry, contact info, and business address.
d. Automatic Data:
- Device info, IP address, usage logs, and cookies for analytics and support.

Profile Visibility Rules
To protect user privacy:
- Employers see limited info until verified or premium.
- House helps' full name, contact, and exact address are hidden until a verified employer initiates contact.
- Reviews and ratings are only visible after a hiring takes place.
- Sensitive data (e.g., police clearance) is only visible to premium, verified employers.
Failed Verifications
If a house help fails verification:
- We notify them via app, SMS, and email.
- Give 7–14 days to re-upload or appeal.
- Temporarily suspend the account if action isn't taken.
- Permanently ban in cases of fraud or serious red flags.
- Inform previously matched employers only if fraud is confirmed.
Data Retention
Data is kept as long as you have an account or as legally required.
You can request full data deletion.
Children's Privacy
Our platform is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
